Thanks for all the kindness I received from all the staff. It made my stay here much easier. The only issue I had was some of my belongings were never returned and misplaced when I tested for Covid and had to leave the facility till I received a negative test so I could return. I did ask for them them to be replaced but I did not get an answer as to what was going to happen.
They did a great job and I'm very happy with the treatment and professionalism they showed
sunrise has been immensely helpful with my mental and addiction issues. the staff such as dorene, brianna, amanda, and glorius have been very caring, determined, helpful, and understanding. i spent 40 days here and ive learned so much, such as coping skills, impulse control, how to think positive, and manage emotions. i would recommend sunrise under all circumstances. this place really cares about its patients. if you need to come here multiple times they welcome you back with a smile and hugs. i wanna shout out to dorene be... read more
This is a good place, most of everyone treated me with respect. the food was good Mike and Ms. Kim did a very good job making the food. The rooms are ok sometimes cold but good. My counselors we great to me explaining what to do in treatment coming forward but get the dude noel is disrespectful to the most he should not be in his position he has and everything was good to me even the med line lol.
I had a pretty positive experience the counselors were really helpful and the community was the best I ever experienced.

Everybody was wonderful, nurses were wonderful when NOT giving out meds. When giving out meds they were frequently late by 20 to 30 minutes and when they started to give out meds it was frequently only one nurse there instead of two. We were delayed an hour to 2 and a half hours with getting our meds. Many patients were angry. The speed of the nurses varied depending on who was giving out meds.
