We signed up with Sun Vena for a *****kW solar system, expecting it to generate around ***** kWh per monthenough to cover *****% of our energy usage. The system is leased through Palmetto Solar at $302/month, with a 3% annual increase for 25 years. Since the county activated the system over 18 months ago, it has never performed as promised. my system has been down since September 4th 2024. I have called several times and i cannot get a technician to come out to my house to fix the problem I keep getting the runaround through customer service, I am paying for a system that is not working!!!!!!!!
We have had solar panels for over one year. We were originally quoted by our salesman bumoo a **** ****** bill of $80-$100 after the installation of our solar panels. Our bill has never been less than $200 a month! We reached our highest Duke bill of over $350 in the middle of summer this year! And that's on top of the solar panel loan of $370 a month!!!!!! I had the most deceiving experience with this company. charging me $58000 dollars for 32 panels and NO BATTERY. their sales rep.COLE was friendly but wasn't completely honest about the WHOLE process. he was very persistent until i signed the contract. it was so hard to get the problem fixed. I'm paying for 2 bills due to the fact that DUKE says the panels aren't producing what was written on the contract. Very disappointed in my experience with SunVena Solar and would not recommend SunVena to my friends and family. I wanted a Tesla solar system and had priced out an install directly with Tesla, but I chose to go with SunVena, a local company that promised exceptional customer satisfaction and a better warranty (even though SunVena's cost was about 10% higher). Waking up my 3 year old from her nap, and now she's been hysterically crying and screaming all afternoon. Thanks so much for that, Tony!
