Very disappointed in my experience with SunVena Solar and would not recommend SunVena to my friends and family. I wanted a Tesla solar system and had priced out an install directly with Tesla, but I chose to go with SunVena, a local company that promised exceptional customer satisfaction and a better warranty (even though SunVena's cost was about 10% higher). Hello John,We are sorry that Tesla discontinued their proprietary mounting system and that was not able to be installed on your home. Unfortunately this is outside of our control and that is why we did not list it on your solar proposal or solar contract. As it is not possible to purchase or install. I understand when you purchased and had Tesla solar modules installed you also expected/assumed the Tesla mounting system came with them, unfortunately they do not go hand in hand as assumed. Someone named Tony ****** from SunVena showed up uninvited at my door, POUNDING on the door and ringing the doorbell. Waking up my 3 year old from her nap, and now she's been hysterically crying and screaming all afternoon. Thanks so much for that, Tony!
