Pablo our Sales Rep was there for us though the whole process, answering any questions we had in a timely manner and ensured that we were always kept up to date. SunVena Solar and Roofing provided excellent customer service, installed an amazing roof, solar system and new gutters. Their team's were professional and courteous. They left the yard cleaner than when they got here and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the roof and solar system. My experience with SunVena was great, Haines, my sales rep was a consummate professional, and I enjoyed working with them to get the solar project done since one year and a half. The crews were quick, efficient and friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves! Overall, I would give SunVena a 10/10 for the service they provided.
I contacted SunVena about a year ago. Within 6 months I had selected this company from the others because they were spot on with what our power generation needs were going to be. Russ ******, the salesman, was very straight forward with how the work would be done and when it would be completed. The installers were efficient and clean. Jeremy ****** the agent who came to the house presented the Sunvena Solar System very well and all questions were answered. If we have more questions we could just text him and he does answers back. If he does not know he will find out and get back on us. All the team so friendly and responsible, awesome company to work with.
Its been 11 months with Solar Panels and is the best decision I made. It was a really good experiencewith representativeThomas explaining everythingnicely and the team for installation was also good and respectful. Overall I had very nice experience.

I had a wonderful experience with SunVena. Thomas and Jason were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and at no point tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in. I felt as if the two of them were very transparent and honest. I would recommend SunVena to anybody! I had my panels for almost 2 years now and i am more than happy.
