We heard about SunVena through door to door solicitation. While I am not a fan of solicitation in general, the salesperson, Brianna, did a great job explainingthe product, benefits, and process for solar panels. I was always interested in solar due to rising costs in power, but had heard horror stories from neighbors that went with different companies. Russ was great and transparent throughout the whole process. Installers also were in house and quick on the day they came. Would highly recommend SunVena to anyone looking to go solar.
Kevin ****** was very friendly and professional. He kept us informed about what was going on throughout the permitting process and tried to get our installation as soon as possible.
My whole experience was great! Jake made me feel comfortable about everything. I had to call Jake several times during the past three years and he always gave me good advice, and helped me find out the answer! I got my new roof with SunVena because I trust Jake! Our experience with SunVena so far has been very positive. I have attempted to work with other companies in the past and in the end did not move forward due to feeling uneasy with either the company or the product. With SunVena we did not experience that.
