Superior Fence did superior work! From my initial contact with Jacquie, who did the estimate, to the completion of the project I have nothing but praise and appreciation. Jaquie gave me comprehensive information about my fencing options which made me feel confident in my choices. From start to finish I was very impressed. Josh explained in detail about the quality of the fence I chose. I had very few questions as he covered everything. I had a question once & the GM called me with the answer. He also stopped by twice in the 2 days of installation. The install crew was very hardworking & friendly. They answered any questions I had. Great experience from start to finish. Received our estimate with detailed information about the installation process and fence style selection They provided all information in order to request HOA approval. Once approved we were provided an installation date within two weeks. The installation team headed by Gerardo did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.
SALES: Jeff Leedom patiently listened to my needs (present and future). Without pressure suggested options and price comparisons. Emailed me a confirmation estimate and linked me to contract of all we agreed to and other valuable info. Superior was flexible when the neighbor's yard was overwatered causing delays, and they helped rectify the situation without adding any complexity to it. The final result is excellent and I am so pleased that I chose Superior!
