I spoke with Stacy Milan at Superior Fence and she said as a one time courtesy she would send out someone to replace all the bad boards. She told me the guy would contact me when he was coming. He showed up at my front door when I was not home at a doctors appointment. She messaged me saying that since I was not home for the one time courtesy I would have to pay for him to come to replace the boards. I have not had the fence a year. The team (Kenny, Justin, Rudi and Alan) are very professional and efficient. I explained what I wanted and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted.
