The customer service was excellent! We were easily able to communicate via text with any questions or concerns. They routinely checked in with updates and progress. When we had an issue with our irrigation line they promptly corrected the issue. We are very happy with our product and experience.

This was an amazing experience. Everyone, especially Justin, has been amazing from the first meeting. Justin walked my property, listened to my needs, helped direct me to exactly what I wanted for my pool, backyard, 2 pastures, corral, and catch pens. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Christina at Superior did a good job keeping in touch with me long distance as the fence was erected at a second property in another town where my son lives. Chris measured the property while on the phone with me, and we discussed options. Then finally the work crew came. When my son called to say the installers were putting the fence too high off the ground and sent photos to show me, the workers redid the section they’d done. Great customer service. Asked for it to be expedited so we could make deadline to move in to new home. Donal the salesman promised it would happen and it did. Fence came out perfect and even the neighbors said it looked great!! Highly Recommend!
