Superior Fence and Rail of Charlotte is the most professional fence company I have ever worked with. From rock solid customer service out of the gate to excellent craftsmanship and professionalism on the property, they are the only fence company I will use from now on.
From the beginning of getting pricing and going over the work to the install, everything was flawless. The crews were all very professional and conducted themselves accordingly. The work was quality and we are very pleased with the end product.
Overall the fine job I was a little disappointed that there was more of an under gap on certain panels then on others but I’m sure that is something to do with my ground. I just didn’t see it with the wooden fence..
Ruddy, Ruth and Ryan did an excellent job installing the fence in quick order. They were careful to tidy up the yard from the debris. They had installed my neighbor's fence so I had the chance to see them in action prior to my fence and in fact, was the reason I called Superior for my fence. Would highly recommend this company.

I LOVE my new 6 ft privacy fence..it's BEAUTIFUL. So straight and even. Luis and his crew of 3 spent all day listening to my questions, explaining things, and fixing parts that my OCD saw..lol. They worked very hard non stop and we're done the same day...hand carried all the wood to my back yard...they were AMAZING guys to work with..they went over and above everything that I wanted...the guys even had a few surprises for me to fix a few concerns I had...my yard looks more finished now.
