First time and my wife and I are really pleased with the installation.
Great experience with the overall process!. The only issue I had was getting in contact with my sales rep. He must have been extremely busy, because I had a hard time hearing back from him about various questions that I had. Other than that everything went smooth for the most part!
I had a great experience overall. I want to say that up front because I know so people expect perfection from start to finish with a 5 star review and my experience wasn’t perfect but it was good. The sales associate came out to my property twice and assured me that he would be with me through the entire project (it gets tiring explaining and re-explaining what it is that you want/need). Just wanted to give a shout out to all the guys. Micah, Greg, Chris, Jon, Willy, Logan and Kevin. Freaking superior crew with superior results. These guys came to get the job done, even with a few rain delays. Hard workers that made sure I was 100% pleased with every detail. Thank you guys for everything. Would definitely recommend your crew for any future projects.
