Great service and professional.
Installation was done well, and efficiently. Installers were very receptive to any questions. I had during the process. Answering any questions I had. Very satisfied with results.
I went to home depot for a fence. They sent a tech from Superior Fence to survey the property. All seemed to be well. Then when the crew showed up, they seemed lost and not sure what to do even though they had the drawings in their hands. I had to call Superior Fence and talk to them to understand what was going on. Finally i thought it was all taken care of and the fence was installed. It wasnt perfect but it was satisfactory so i thought. Customer service was good.
The installers were great. It was a very hot couple of days and they got it all installed.
The experience was good overall. Would have revived all stars if the installers did not cut my cable line. Which cut off all internet and cable to the home. My house runs off of mainly Wi-Fi and I work from home so it was an inconvenience and created issues for me.
My fence is perfect & my gate, hand-made by Tyson, is even better than I anticipated. Everything is exactly what I needed & wanted & these guys (Deb, my sales person) made it happen, along with the people in the office & the guys who installed the fence. I would recommend them to family & friends.
