Friendly, professional, timely communication throughout the entire process. Fence installation exceeded expectations in terms of organized set up on site, quality of product, and cleanup and breakdown. Superior worked well with our HOA to expedite the process.
Shawn was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Then later, Javi and his team did an outstanding time. They worked through extreme heat and did not take a break through the entire day. Each day they were here doing my fence, which has a very big backyard, they were respectful of me and my property. Outstanding customer service and end result. I love the fence and found the process to be 100% professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, beginning with Brian Rooker the estimator, Kat Horn in the office who always kept me informed, and with the installers, Tyler, Hunter, & Chad who did a phenomenal job of accommodating my site needs and performing a beautiful installation. Truly, I could not be happier.
The process was easy from the sale to the installation and the office contacts. Every person was extremely polite and considerate of my needs and my property. Josh and ? worked steadily from sunup to sundown to complete the job in one day. Had gotten other quotes from other companies but even though Superior was not low bid, I’m very happy I chose your company! Have also passed your information to neighbors and family. I seldom do surveys but thought kudos were due! Thanks again!!
On time, very hard workers, a really great job. The lead man was excellent. He deserves a good raise... I am very satisfied..

Great job we lov the fence. My husband was sleeping when they got there. They were patient and knocked on the window as I requested to wake him up. They didn’t leave when no one answered they contacted me as to how to proceed.
Great staff all around. Our installers were fantastic and so nice. I believe their names are Chris and chad. They were very quick and respectful of our space. I appreciate the experience we had superior fence again.
