Nice fence. Expert installation. I recommend superior Fence!
The guys were on time, ran through everything on a walk-through so the right gate was on the best side and opened the most logical way. They worked steadily through the day, and when finished, we did a final walk-through. And the fence is Perfect. Strong, stable, with very minimal mess. I wish the wait wasn’t 9 weeks, but that’s not their fault.
Be careful with this company. They did the work originally when the homeowners didn't know they were coming and they made mistakes. Getting them back was a hassle and then again they made mistakes and we will have to end up finishing the fence ourselves. They have difficulty reading a plan, measuring footage and they break their own rules of having the homeowners there when they start the project. Watching them when they are working is the only way to go... that is if you know they are on your property!
Alex and his team were wonderful! They worked well together, and were so efficient despite the ridiculously high temperatures we had the day of our install. Super friendly, helpful and communication during throughout the day was great too. Cole, the install manager was great! When we had an issue arise, he was quick to find a resolution for us. Fence done right. A little tedious getting through the preliminaries. Scheduled before obtaining permit so had to be rescheduled. Had to teach their permit department how to obtain permit. But in the end we love it at a reasonable price.
Great experience from coordinating with the sales person (Brian) over several different fence plans to fast installation after the waiting period. The crew worked hard in super hot weather. Looks great and is exactly what we wanted.
I was very pleased with the crew and their work. They were very approachable, considerate, and respectful which allowed us to work together in a professional manner to get the project successfully completed. I would definitely use Superior Fence and Rail again and I highly recommend them.
Excellent service through the office, prompt, courteous and professional. Tom walked us through every detail on-site and followed up with each step. Anytime we called we actually got an answer, and a polite one! It was wonderful. We had them install a beautiful vinyl fence for our new construction custom build home. I’d never use anyone else!
