Jose and his team did a great job! On time and quickly and professionally installed.
Do not use Superior Fencing in LW. Overpriced, do not deliver what you say. Original contract i discussed with Erik Stanbra the owner was not written down correctly. Ex i wanted black, said bronze, i paid a lot extra for puppy pickets but i guess that had to be specified. I sign it not realizing it but worked with the office and got it verbally corrected. I asked if I needed to sign new, was told no would be ok. Took weeks for 3 sections on a porch when promised no longer verbally than 10 days. They had to come back tw... read more

Business response:
We delivered the original product based off the contract that was signed for by the customer. The customer did not read the contract - which clearly states the color of the fence (twice), the orientation of the gate, and the dimensions of the fence (twice). Nonetheless, we re-fabricated her product despite her errors to try and please her. From the initial process and changes Jason worked diligently to make sure I was happy. My installers were prompt courteous and informative. Smooth process. I will be using them in near future to extend down other side of house. Oh and price was perfect.
My experience with Superior Fence and Rail was fantastic from beginning to end. Mark was responsive to my emails and questions and the quote was lower than others I had received. Gina in the office was able to schedule my installation earlier than was initially available and that was a big help. Phillemon, Manuel and Balthazar arrived on tine and were incredibly professional. They did a great job on the installation and got it done in one day. I could not be happier

All employees we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient from Lillian I the office to the employees that installed the fence. Would definitely recommend them.
They came out promptly and cleaned up afterwards. The fence looks durable.
