Easy to work with
Same exact fence done by your company in 2016 was $1,243 and included removal and haul away of old fence. This fence was 3 feet less and cost was $2,051.and had to pay extra $225 for removal. But the very excellent work and professional manner of Grant and Kevin, installers made up for it. I understand the supply chain problems, etc.
Our fence installers, Felix and Hunter with Superior Fence, Fort Myers, did an outstanding job installing our fence. We have a small canal lot with a new pool and required swells so this job was not easy. Both installers were very professional and approachable when we had questions or concerns. Crew showed up right on time. They took down the old wood fence and installed my new beautiful fence in one day. Crew cleaned up all debris and hauled it away. Very impressed with the skill and time for the installation.
My sales rep Delisa was great from beginning to end. She listened to my concerns and requests and worked to make sure I would be satisfied. I was also able to contact her with additional questions as needed. She gave me a realistic installation date, but installation occurred weeks earlier than anticipated....another plus! We needed a fence to give our young terrier a place to run off her unlimited energy while keeping her safe. Superior Fence and Rail was the third of three requests for quotes for that safe space for our puppy. Steve Rice, the design consultant, listened to our needs, and offered us options.
