The product is very nice. The guys that installed the fence, Sam, James, Sem, Jimmy, Alex and Robert were very nice, polite and very professional. They did some brain storming and actually helped us with a few changes that we were very happy with and we appreciated their suggestions. This is the work they do every day and we were glad that this crew installing the fence were so knowledgeable. Debbie our sales representative was awesome and kept us up to date with the installation time line, and the two installers did good quality work and were very pleasant. The fence looks great!

From our very first interaction, all the way to the completion of our job, Stacy was amazingly kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Watching Lucas and his crew install our fence was like watching a well oiled machine. They were extremely efficient, clean, courteous, and professional. Even my neighbors commented on how amazing it was to watch them work. Superior Fence provided a wonderful product and job. We would gladly do work with them again.

Absolutely zero customer service. Was wrong on the date to start, was wrong on the style fence and I did 90% of the clean up. Neighbor is still asking when it will be cleaned up on his side. (Talking cut wood and trash) Workers showed up at 5am on Sunday and started working. If ONLY I COULD SHOW PICTURES with this review. Did I mention the crew was drinking? I've got pictures of that too. Too bad I can't give less than 1 star. Tried calling, texting, and emailing with NO RESULT until a day or two later.

The guys who came out were very prfofessionall and quite curteous as well. Sam, Sem and Jason worked very hard and stayed untill the job was completely done. As a former small business owner, I only wish I could have found employees as good as they were.

My appointment was moved up which was great. The installation team was prompt and informative of the process. The final installation looks great and the follow up and explanation of the product and warranty was explained. Great experience overall!

Cameron's crew arrived on time, and worked well throughout the day. Although I can't identify each of the other crew members individually, the group included Steven, Billy, JD, Devon, Robert, and Marcus. They were all very personable and easy to talk with. It was quite evident that each of them knew their job and were committed to doing it well. When the job was done, I was very pleased with how it looked. The crew cleaned up the site and wished me well with my new fence. Great job.
