Superior Fence is the best fencing company I have ever used! Shawn was awesome and helped answer all of questions to get started. Then Ryan and Edward's crew were both amazing. Edward's crew was professional and answered our questions. They provided detail footnotes of how the fence would come out and how it will act over time in the coming years. The people at the office were also very helpful. We are extremely happy with our fence! If I have any other fencing projects in the future, I will definitely choose Superior Fence.

The team was amazing from start to finish. Warren helped us to figure out exactly what we needed and Manual made sure everything was done in-line with my timeline. Superior Fence and Rail of North FL in Jacksonville, FL was hired to do a fence for our neighbors behind us. We come home to find them sawing down our fence. Half is gone! The workers called their manager and he did nothing. Said that our fence was on the owners property that they were doing. We've been in our home for 30 years. 4 families have come and gone in that house. We had the land surveyed twice. When we bought and when we put our fence up. Superior was hired to install a wood fence in our backyard on January 20, 2021. During the installation Superior’s employees cracked open our sewer line and cut our internet service cables and refused to take any accountability or responsibility for their workers’ carelessness. The sewer line clean-out cap next to the home was clearly visible and less than 4 feet from the fence line. Superior Fence and Rail explained the process and timeline up front. They then met or exceeded at every step along that path. The two guys installing the fence were quite kind, and efficient. It went up fairly quickly, without any sacrifice in quality or integrity. My wife and are very pleased with the results.
Set an appointment weeks ago, received a confirmation email and follow-up emails reminding me of my appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early, waited the hour time slot, plus an extra 15 min..... Joe did no show or call. Took a vacation day, drove an hour each way.... Communication is key. I will not be using this company. I informed them to remove my contact information as I will be looking elsewhere.
