Superior Fence & Rail was amazing from start to finish, from the sales person (Bruce) to the back office (Deborah) and the perfectionist installers! It was a wonderful experience, the fence is gorgeous and the Highest quality! This is much nicer than the white vinyl fences in my neighbor’s yards, and I have had people stopping to get the number off of the sign. Very Happy! Do not hesitate to use this company, you won’t be disappointed!

Dylan and team were delightful. Work was done efficiently. The fence is lovely. Cleanup wasn't as good on my neighbor's side of the fence afterwards, though, so I did that cleanup. My neighbor walk back and she got a business card for Superior. She would like an estimate!

The experience was great, the work crew was very efficient and professional. Office manager Tara Czerwonka was the best part of the experience, she was calm professional and patient with us throughout the whole process, especially with scheduling changes due to HOA delays. went with Debbie from Superior Fence for Lake county area. She was able to give a rough estimate prior to us moving in. The price was higher then others, and overall satisfied with the jib, Installation team was very good, and only reason this is not a 5 , is due to some lack of communication between myself and the office. Also per the contract, this review should also provide an additional 2 years of labor warranty if posted within 30 days of install,,,
The workers walked me through the job site, explained the process, and got to work. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Great crew! The process was easy; Debbie was very helpful in explaining the options I had. A very good experience working with her. The installation crew were outstanding, they did an excellent job, so much so, that our neighbors were impressed with their work, they asked me the name of the company.. Overall a great experience.
