After installing the first half of my fence on 1/2/2024, the installer cut thru my neighbor's plants and bamboo without my neighbor's consent. I was working on my home at the time. Mike Crosby, the manager, has been made of the situation. He states that the prior tree removal company did the damage. The owner of the tree removal company, my neighbor and myself have pictures to show other wise. Still waiting for a response to have my neighbor's plants and bamboo trees replaced.

Great experience from start to finish! Travis is the man to go to. He came as scheduled for the first appointment and basically got everything set and going for us. Everything came better as expected. The guys installing the fence and gate did a really good job. I was little scare because my front yard is kind of weird, going sideways in one of the side, but they put the fence so well that you can barely notice the gap in our yard. Very impressed with their work and highly recommend them to anyone!

Did a great job
From the initial consultation with “Zak”” to the installation by Julio and his teammate this was an excellent experience. The HOA/city approval process was a bit more involved than normal because of installation site. But Zak was very helpful and patient. The job was completed on time on the scheduled days. Julio and his teammate were respectful of the property and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Superior Fence and Rail.
I have had issues with this company from the very beginning. But Theodore Marler gen mgr promised me everything would be okay. But that was an empty promise. Between Becky office admin and David the supervisor, I have been lied too so many times. They have not honored the warranty. My installation started on 9/20/23. I contacted them to address the issues with the fence and finally David came out and made things worse and he keeps lying about when he will be back out fix things. I and my wife are very pleased with our fence. Our three-man crew were professional, worked neatly and efficiently on a long fence with two gates and a double gate on the driveway as well as hills to manage. I think we have the best fence in our town - probably the county.
