The quoting and pre install experience with Superior Fence was a very smooth and easy experience. Once install started, I needed to make a change order due to the backside neighbor building up their fence. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently and I was highly satisfied with the customer service they provided every step of the way. And most importantly, they installed a very nice quality vinyl fence for me and my family to enjoy. Overall, highly satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend!
Shawn Tuskey (SFR Rep) was very helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered before he left my home after providing me with a quote. Shannon and Gina followed up with me in regards to supporting me during the HOA approval process, links to my dashboard and materials I would need for the approvals.
