Great experience with the overall process!. The only issue I had was getting in contact with my sales rep. He must have been extremely busy, because I had a hard time hearing back from him about various questions that I had. Other than that everything went smooth for the most part!
I had a great experience overall. I want to say that up front because I know so people expect perfection from start to finish with a 5 star review and my experience wasn’t perfect but it was good. The sales associate came out to my property twice and assured me that he would be with me through the entire project (it gets tiring explaining and re-explaining what it is that you want/need). These guys came to get the job done, even with a few rain delays. Hard workers that made sure I was 100% pleased with every detail. Thank you guys for everything. What a refreshing experience with this company! They met the install date. After it was installed I wanted it dropped a bit. I called and talked with the owner. He went over and looked at it and scheduled it to be adjusted. It is now perfect!! From the sales person to the owner and the accounting person Stephanie, all displayed excellent communication, which is the heart of a excellent company. And finally the price was very fair! I highly recommend this company.
