The management and office kept in touch with me and made the wait time quite clear and the installation occurred precisely as promised. The installation was the only reason for giving a three to this experience. Everything moved along nicely initially until they got the deposit and then I had to continuously stay in contact with the office to ensure the permits were submitted and process moved along it took a lot longer than i was told it would on initial discussion. I had to even call them when the locates were done to ensure my appointment was scheduled and only then did I get an installation date. Wonderful experience from quote to install! Took time to answer all our questions and explain how they were doing the install. Very professional and crew was enjoyable to work with.
