I had a fence, arbor and gate installed by Superior Fence La Vergne TN in 2023. And I will agree with most reviews I've read about the installation. The problem is service after the install. Late 2023 I noticed two areas of concern. One post was leaning, and another was leaning as well. They came out and adjusted the posts accordingly. Later one of the re-positioned posts started leaning again. This post they previously fixed is now at least 2" out of plumb. This post supports the gate under the arbor. Business response:
Mr. Joe Brusich, our office did speak with you and stated we would come out and look at it and will contact you as soon as we could. I also tried calling you but no response. We also had a lot of wind and rain the past week. I am sorry for any confusion that we may have caused on our end. I just reviewed the contract and our notes. Please note that we did not install your Arbor and the fence job was completed in early 2022 not late 2023. We did come out a year and a half later and made adjustments. The team was extremely professional and did a beautiful job!
The guys did a great job!!
Crew arrived on time and went right to work. They checked with me several times to make sure they were installing my new vinyl fence exactly where I wanted it. They worked tirelessly all day and the finished product looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Superior to anyone interested in fencing. From the time I spoke with the salesman all the way through to the install, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. What a great company to deal with.
The fence was completed in one day and looks amazing. Extra care was taken to make it straight & seamless.
We had our fence completed recently actually in the last 48 hours and are very happy with the entire process from initial appointment to completion including final paperwork that was turned around quickly! Great communication throughout the process and liked the dashboard to track progress. The office and field team are very nice, helpful, and follow through. Thank you!
Tremendous experience from start with Paul to then Shannon in office to Ann, Justin Tim etc. at my home at start of building fence. I referred you to all my neighbors (3) and you are now building there's too. Thank you. Scott and Colleen Nichols
Andrew took ample time to explain to fencing options available and Gina was very welcoming when the wife and I visited their offices in Concord to see an example of the fence we selected. The installation crew was remarkable. They arrived on time and by noon they'd demolished 300' of my old split rail fence and had started on the new fence installation. The entire job was completed that day and the crew even wiped down the fence and policed up the area. Before leaving, the crew chief walked the fence line with me to make su... read more
