After installing the first half of my fence on 1/2/2024, the installer cut thru my neighbor's plants and bamboo without my neighbor's consent. I was working on my home at the time. Mike Crosby, the manager, has been made of the situation. He states that the prior tree removal company did the damage. The owner of the tree removal company, my neighbor and myself have pictures to show other wise. Still waiting for a response to have my neighbor's plants and bamboo trees replaced.
I’ve been building fences and decks for almost 3 years as a independent contractor and agreed to do a couple of jobs for this company. 1st job was 72 ft black metal fence for $500 which is about 7$ a foot, way below my typical rate but understood this was trial job for both of us and expected the next job to be at a more typical rate. 2nd job 207 ft offered was for 7$ ft. .. Paul and his crew of Chris and Ron were great. Very happy with the gate repairs and upgrades!

It was worth the wait! We originally met with Paul from Superior Fence and Rail to help us design and build a gate for our boardwalk. He helped us coordinate with the electricians and even willingly worked with us on the changes that we decided upon during the build process. What we wound up with was a high quality gate with electronic components that are operational with just a laptop. We are extremely pleased with the results of our Boardwalk Gate and the Locking system that we chose to have installed by Superior Fence & Rail. The work crew was excellent. Very efficient all around. The Gate was designed, produced and fit perfect for our needs. The Customer Service is outstanding. We have a quality Gate that will last many years. Chase was exceptional, on time daily & very knowledgeable in his line of work. He kept me well informed on what all was being done, and how they were going to do it. He kept everyone busy & he worked until it was too dark to continue. They also finished my fence before the expected finish date. I will definitely be using him again.
