I’ve dealt with many contractors and home improvement companies and by far this one was the best! The entire team was excellent, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. The lead John was outstanding with recommendations and with constant updates. The installers were professionals, friendly, and installed the fence passing all inspections. All employees we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient from Lillian I the office to the employees that installed the fence. Would definitely recommend them.
I wish to thank everyone from Eddie in sales to lilly in the office to Alex’s install crew on a job “Well Done”. The crew worked very hard over came hard rock areas, completed a fine job. Should you need a fence installed you need to see what these people are all about you will not be disappointed!!!
From beginning to end the service was excellent. Once the permit was approved by the city, Lillian called me to inform us that Alex and his crew will be there at 8 am the next day to install. Alex arrived at 7:55 am and worked non-stop. I arrived home from work and he took the time to show me the work. He said if I ever have any questions to call him and he would be happy to answer all questions even if it is months from now. there were a couple of hiccups along the way but when we spoke with Raul it was taken care of it immediately. The front person gave us erroneous information but when discussed with Raul it was straightened out. One of the issues were that the workers were not aware of certain things we had discussed with the sales person when we signed the contract and again it was resolved with Raul
