We had a great experience with Superior Fence & Rail from the first consultation to the final walk-through. Kenny spent time really going over the topography of our yard so the fence placement was safe and reliable. The team that installed the fence was on-time and finished a day early without cutting corners or doing sloppy work. Everyone from the company we talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was also great for the area and type of fencing. Six months later we are still very happy with the product.
Jose and his team did a great job in the installation of our fence. Greatly appreciated the explanation on how the process was going to go. Also cleanliness after the work was all done. Thank you for your professionalism and outstanding work.
Justin Brightwell was the site manager for my fence install and was very friendly to work with, communicated well, and went above and beyond to fix a logistical issue with how my property was laid out, and at no extra cost. Everyone on the team was very friendly and nice to work with.
We love our fence! It turned out better than we had hoped. Marco was the installation team leader. Marco walked the yard with me and we talked about the exact location of the fence line, gate and every aspect of our fence before it was installed. Best experience, from quote request to installation. Always quick responses, flexible with scheduling changes, pricing was reasonable, everyone we were in contact with was great. Cannot recommend Superior Fence enough for any fencing project.
Kenny Ratchford was very friendly and caring during our first meet-up. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he answered all our questions and concerns. The overall process was clear and fast and overall we had a great experience. The only downside we had is that it was not explained beforehand (at contract) that the crew team does not remove excess dirt from the job site that is leftover from post holes.
