Fence looks great! Install team of Tim, Kyle and Shane were professional the whole way through the process. They took care of every detail, made sure it was installed to my approval and cleaned up everything before leaving. Excellent process from start to finish!
The process from bid/quote to exection of work was well laid out and followed. The dashboard provided daily updates for me to monitor the establsihment of a project start date. From sales, to the office, to the install team - five stars.

Neighbor’s installed fences that led to me not needing a substantial part of what was initially planned. As soon as I was aware I contacted the representative I had been dealing with to let him know that two neighbors were planning to move forward as they had been approved by the HOA. The fence looks really good and seems very strong, especially with the metal frame on the gates and the large gate support posts. However, there are 2 things that are a problem for me. One is that the fence was supposed to be 1-2" above the ground. In some places it is so low it actually touches the ground and is wicking water up into the fence boards. This is a guarantee of early rot. The second is that the gate latches are about 5' off the ground; rather high for a 5' tall woman. I wish they had asked me before putting the... read more
