I PAID OVER $6000. FOR AN NEW ELECTRIC GATE AND OPENER AND IT HAS NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY. IT IS CURRENTLY BROKEN AND THIS COMPANY IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I have been calling since January and have spoken to the Manager "Mary" and all she says he they have to order the parts. I feel like they are completing ignoring this problem and not doing anything to correct the issue. The team at Superior Fence and Rail is excellent and really follow through to make sure that the job is done right. We have a backyard with challenging, sloped terrain. Mary and Melissa from the front office, and Edwin, who builds the fences, listened to our requests, communicated frequently and clearly, and followed through, making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I have a large fence and backyard gates replacement project. I contacted SF&R Austin to have an offer. Their salesperson visited me, took the requirements and measurements, and disappeared. I had to remind him that he owed me a quote. He never got back to me. It's very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. Their rating seems a bit flaky.

They were highly professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They built a beautiful fence 62' in length in less than one day. I would like to especially note the quality of work done by Yeola. It was fun watching him work. He was totally organized for the job and knew exactly what he was doing. I would go so far as to say that he is a true artist when it comes to fence building. I'm not sure of the name of the man that worked with Yeola. but he worked just a hard. Great team. Hire them.
