Super happy with the outcome of our vynil fence turned out beautifully and so far very durable! The process was a little lengthy but it was to be expected since many companies are dealing with staffing issues and material shortages but it didn't take much longer then the estimated ETA of 12 weeks due to the type of fence we chose that wasn't in stock at the time but the wait was definitely more then worth it and the installation crew were really great on getting things done , friendly and respectful! They take your deposit and then communication stops. When you do get to speak with someone you get one excuse after another about when the project will be completed. The latest excuse is they lost their crew. Run Run Run.
CONCERNED CUSTOMER: I paid a deposit of over $7000 on 4/15. Once the contract was signed I didn't hear anymore from my representative. I reached out several times to determine when I should expect installation. I finally reached the office manager and she put me on the schedule for 5/22. It rained that week so she rescheduled for 5/30. I reminded her 5/30 is Memorial Day and she confirmed her crew would be working.
