The installer Mr Feliciano Munez, such a professional, and so knowledgeable about the aspect of his work, he and his team that is also very good, did a superb job, so professionally done from start to finish. All that I can say is Superior Fence and Rail did an amazing job on the installation of our fence last week. Rob Hurst was amazing, as he walked us through the process, fence type, cost and provided the information that was needed for our HOA’s approval. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available for questions — even on vacation. Rob Hurt was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He went above a beyond to help make this process go a smooth as possible. When we couldn’t meet to get initial measurements he made sure he paid close attention to where I wanted the fence to be placed. When we had to move the date up for installation a Superior made it happen with no problem!!! The crew that came out to install the fence was quick a professional and polite. This company was very professional and timely when it came to setting up everything related to the project. When it was time for installation they showed up 30 minutes prior to setup and talked me through what needed to happen and how long it would take. They finished 30 minutes earlier than they planned, cleaned up and briefed me on how to maintain the fence. Great job you will definitely be referred.
We are so happy about our fence! Rob from the sales team did amazing helping us. He was very patient and walked us through the process. He properly communicated everything to us. & Luis and his install team did AMAZING. They worked so hard out in the sun to build our fence. We are sooo happy! They even moved up our install from a cancellation. Overall, super satisfied and will recommend them to family/friends and clients.
