First - Sandy (a REAL person) answered the phone at 6:30 pm!! She was delightful - professional and polite with a true interest in my wacky problem. So hooray for Sandy!! Superior Plumbing & Drain…I seriously have never been so impressed with a company before, the office staff, Kelly & Dawn were kind and helpful, and the techs Bryce & JJ were the absolute best!! I had a sewer gas leak in my kitchen, another company came out and claimed they had fixed it but the smell returned (that’s another review!!) Bryce supplied 5 star service. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He looked at the job and did not over charge me to conplete the job. I was very insecure when it comes to plumbers but he gave me hope. Finally a experienced plumber working for a big company that cares for the customer income. He finished the job and left the project as clean as he started. He is above 5 stars and one plumber in Las Vegas and Henderson that you can honestly trust.
