Melvin installed the water heater and handled the inspection with the city very professionally.
I called Superior Plumbing before 7 AM on December 26, 2024. The answering service took my information and I received a return call at 7 AM sharp. After explaining the situation with my broken toilet, I was given a repair time between 8 AM and 10 AM. When I stated we had to leave the house by 9:30 AM they arranged the technician to arrive before 8AM. Repair complete in less than 30 minutes. Always a quick, reliable response.
Knowledgeable Professional Kind
Melvin is a very professional and competent plumber. He installed our new kitchen garbage disposal notwithstanding having to remove the old one when it was seemingly glued in place.
The work was done efficiently and politely. We also appreciate the prompt service since it was Veteran’s Day.
Bryce is the best. I always have questions and look for advice. Bryce is so patient and a fountain of information. He always does a SUPERIOR job.
