Quality from the very first conversation with Doug Chromy. Clear explanations of the products and advantages of each line. Was flexible in coming up with the final configurations of the products and hardware. We decided on custom sizes for a perfect fit. The crew was very clean and efficient during the installation. Drop cloths and a shop vacuum were used during installation to minimize dust. Replacing our great room casement windows in frigid January weather was truly a positive experience with Superior Remodeling. Not only did Doug and Joe provided us with a professional installation, but they vacuumed and rehung the blinds and window treatments. We will definitely use them again.
Aside from weather delays, GOD IS IN CHARGE THERE, EXTREMELY pleased with DOUG and his team. Nothing more precious to me than FAMILY Business. All three of the guys are engaging and might I say, incredibly efficient. We were very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Doug and the Superior Remodeling crew. We had a 9 window insert replacement job. From ordering to the finished work everything was handled very well and we were always kept informed of scheduling and anything we needed to know. We had two bids from other companies before Doug came out to look at our project and give us a bid. He was honest and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want or need. Doug is very professional & the new windows look nice. They were a little late on the scheduling, but not bad. Ask me next spring, when the windows have wintered over how they performed.

Very satisfied with the services. Only feedback is that I would give homeowners a heads up as to the dust, and they might want to cover furniture, items, with plastic ahead of time.
