These guys are the BEST! After talking to Doug at a recent home show, my husband and I decided it really didn't matter what the cost was as we could tell he was a genuine, trustworthy guy that would ensure the job was done well, within a reasonable budget, and doable timeframe. Excellent work! Somewhat slow responding to calls and emails, and had to call back more than once to have the door aligned but after 3rd visit it works. Still need to see if the glazing work was completed. Considering our location in the metro area you were 2 of 4 recommended relatively local Andersen service providers who actually responded to our inquiry for that reason alone we bumped your score up. Really like your invoicing system.
The window replacement process was hard to start with so much to understand and pricing all over the map. Doug was very helpful in explaining the advantages of the different Andersen Window offerings and is currently helping us with the front door selection. His team of employees were hard working in getting this complete home replacement project done according to the planned schedule. Doug was extremely easy to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. We ordered an Anderson sliding glass patio door from him and it looks great. Doug always returned calls and emails promptly and showed up to our home at the times he said he would. The day of installation was quick and efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterward. I would highly recommend Doug and Superior Remodeling based on his professionalism, knowledge, and the excellent work he did.
