The great service starts with the service agent: Shawn. He is honest, straight forward, and enjoyable to deal with. The technition that serviced my car was great. When I received the car from the wash rack, I was pleasantly surprised. It was so shiny it looked like a new car. Great job Lexus!

The maintenance performed on my car was straight forward and done just fine. The loaner car I got was not fine. The car was dirty inside and out. How do you think that made me feel? I bought my ES300h brand new at Superstition Springs Lexus and was treated with respect, now not so much. I've always taken care of my vehicles and kept them nice; this is not acceptable.
