There was NOT the availability of getting a front windshield screen which would fit the 2022 RX 350 L. The complimentary doughnuts were not available until AFTER 0930-1000. There were far too many positive conveniences to count, however.

They did exactly what they promised, timetable and really great car wash. Sierra was informative and walked around the dealership to find me to give me updates, as she could have called. Good stuff!

The service is outstanding. The customer service representative (Shane Hicks) is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and truly understands customer satisfaction. I received a loaner as requested and my car was completed when Shane said it would be. A great experience.
