Shane is courteous, professional and open to discuss/modify auto servicing. Kept us updated. Patiently taught me how to use very different Loaner shifter. I felt much safer after he watched me duplicate instructions. I even sketched his instructions. He invested time in safety of client. Thank you Shane and Tech who serviced our auto!
