Well, it was interesting. I had an appointment to show me a car I was interested in, but by the time I arrived I was told the car sold. Could not believe nobody called me a day before driving there, considering I drove from north Scottsdale to superstition springs Lexus. It was not very nice. Other than that, they were courteous and attentive.

When I arrived to pick up my car from out of state, the closing went flawlessly. I received everything as promised, including the price. Buying a new car is never easy but it was nice that they kept their promises.
