Courteous staff. No long wait time. They keep me informed on the maintenance my car needs. I feel like they do a good job and my service representative is always nice and helpful.

Service was excellent. The only negative thing was someone changed the drivers' settings on the driver's door, which was totally unnecessary. When I got my car back the driver's seat would not return to its normal position for me, the owner of the car! Other than that everything else was good. Phil Zito is an excellent service representative!
