I have a great experience at Superstition Lexus, From the services Department to the Sales Lady who was showing us different vehicles. Lisa was a great lady who took her time. Loaner car has "Service needed" on constantly. Makes you wonder how good their service dept is? Every time we have service done, our settings for things like auto lights, auto retract of mirrors, etc. are off or changed. After the courtesy wash, all the windows are covered in a film making the glass cloudy. It's like wiping the glass with a rag that was used to wipe off wax. Other than that, the service consultant was on top of letting me know the status of the vehicle,
