I am very happy with Supreme Energy in every aspect except for the online bill pay. It would be great if you didn't have to enter all your information every time you pay your bill online. This would make things easier for the customer.
Supreme is the best. Their service is 2nd to none. They came in the middle of the night and repaired my heater.
After I have paid them the down payment on Tuesday, I did not hear from them for several days. They old me to wait for one e or two days to hear from them. Now it is Friday. T heard nothing from them. They are not very responsive.
Deserve. ZERO STARS!! Aweful customer service. They literally talk to you as if your beneath them. If you have any self respect you will not deal with these jerks. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat customers!!! Buyer beware!!
We have done business with Supreme over the years. Thus the two stars because up until today it had been five star service. They installed our propane stove and gas lines and have serviced our oil furnace. We don’t always get our oil from them. Due to that they refused an emergency call when our furnace wouldn’t turn on tonight because we hadn’t had it serviced since 2018. Hi Nicole, After reviewing the facts we find it quite confusing as to why you would leave a negative review. You haven't received a delivery from us because you switched oil companies. We haven't haven't delivered oil to you since 10/22/2018 (185.3 gallons). The company you switched to is a discount oil company. Discount oil companies don't provide emergency service. Never had any luck with these people. Between excessively high propane rates and their non existent explanations of bills. Not really satisfied with this company.
Propane companies on the South Shore are notorious for their bad customer service and "take it or leave it" attitude. Supreme Energy is the exception. We switched last year to Supreme for our pool heater and home propane, and just wish we had done it sooner.
This business caused a VERY serious oil spill in an elderly couples house. It involves a spill in to a house, road, and river, and the DEP is involved. Mr John Lamparelli (the owner) continues to stonewall them and refuses to give them insurance information. His disregard for this this elderly couple is despicable. The owner (John Lamparelli) and manager of this business continue to stonewall insurance information for a VERY serious oil spill involving an ill elderly couple who one of them is a veteran. They do not return phone calls for anything relating to this matter. This is a very serious situation which they are treating as a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
