Excellent. the service man was ;able to clearly tell me how my new thermostat was impacting the furnace turning on and off so often which is what precipitated my call.
I had no heat. They scheduled an tech to come out and they were there within 2 hours. Great. They diagnosed and solved the immediate problem almost immediately. On one of the coldest days, I had head quickly. They came back next day and remediated the long term problem. The custormer sevice department called me right after they left to assure my satisfaction. Long term customer and that kind of service is why!
