About Surber’s Windows and Doors In 1980 Surber’s Windows and Doors was formed (originally named Anderson Stove Shop) a family business started by Kenny and Janet Surber. The business idea originated from the need to better heat and cool their own home. In 1980, the first product was a high efficient wood burning stove and ornamental storm doors. Throughout the years they started looking at other home improvements which could help consumers reduce their energy needs.

The guys that installed my doors were great, very professional and kind. The quality of my doors are excellent. I also had a different installer of my windows, he was very good as well. Great team of installers Surbers .,
**** did a good job installing the door. He explained things about the door and was very courteous.
Installers were careful as they did the installation and cleaned up their mess. Like the product that was installed. Took time to answer any questions.
******** has installed excellent products for my friends, family, and I over the years. Their craftsmanship is unmatched and they stand by their products. I highly recommend ********!
Absolutely the worst service weve ever had. One year and they still dont have our shower completed. When they finally installed the main unit there were mistakes after mistakes including a shower head that was so chewed up it sprayed water on the ceiling, not capping a drain pipe, and reversing the hot and cold on the shower. And these were the simple mistakes. Theyll not show up for the scheduled appointments and just give us a oh, should have called. It's been 10 years since we had lovely new windows installed with a "lifetime warranty." We have been in contact with the owner and other staff as we have 6 windows with some broken parts. We've been told it's our fault that the windows are "broken," and that we have to tell them what parts need to be replaced. A few weeks ago we placed several calls as we are listing our home for sale in early November, and we need these window parts repaired. We were assured someone would contact us and get this done.
