Absolutely the worst service weve ever had. One year and they still dont have our shower completed. When they finally installed the main unit there were mistakes after mistakes including a shower head that was so chewed up it sprayed water on the ceiling, not capping a drain pipe, and reversing the hot and cold on the shower. It's been 10 years since we had lovely new windows installed with a "lifetime warranty." We have been in contact with the owner and other staff as we have 6 windows with some broken parts. We've been told it's our fault that the windows are "broken," and that we have to tell them what parts need to be replaced. A few weeks ago we placed several calls as we are listing our home for sale in early November, and we need these window parts repaired. We were assured someone would contact us and get this done.
