I showed up 30 minutes early as instructed and yet I waited until well after my appointment time to be seen. The technician wrongly assumed I was in the office for an extraction and made comments to me as such. He is not trained to discuss treatments. After meeting the doctor, his confidence in himself was overbearing. He knew best and did not want to discuss options other than removing my tooth. RecommendedI had a dentist that myself and my kids went to and I had to start blood thinners, a while after I started blood thinners I had to get a back molar pulled. I called and because I was on blood thinners they said I had to use there oral surgeon. Even received a call later from Dr. Nguyen later in the day to see how my son was doing. My wife had surgery with Dr. Nguyen before and that went very well also.
