Everyone that answered the phone the times I called were very pleasant and helpful. Tammy helped me at the location I was renting a car space from. She was very nice to work with. I would definitely use them again for my storage needs.

We have been with surprise storage for approximately 3 years in the same RV spot. We recently moved to a different spot that had more shade. We had to do new paperwork which was not a big deal & everything went smoothly. The problem we have is the monthly cost…it keeps going up, but the services are not any different than what was offered 3 years ago.

It was so simple to rent a space for my trailer. Filled out the rental forms online, stopped by the office to finalize things & done. Loved how easy it was.
