"I came to Sutherlin from Carmax to get my transmission..." I came to Sutherlin from Carmax to get my transmission fixed and to check my whole car over. Robert Sigman was the advisor and was fantastic! He had the servicemen check my car over and they found that the exhaust and tires needed replacing. He recommended tires which I bought and had the exhaust fixed. One serviceman worked till 8 one night to try to get the exhaust fixed. Robert got me a rental car even before he new my warranty would fix it. (It was late afternoo... read more
