I ended up waiting at one of their "work desks" which was a nice feature and appreciated the regular status updates. I told Robert that I needed to leave by a certain time and he put extra techs on my car to ensure I was out the door on time. I don't think I've ever been to a mechanic that had 4+ hours worth of work and finish by the estimated time.... read more
