"I love it when a staff is very knowledgeable and..." I love it when a staff is very knowledgeable and courteous to the client. From start to finish they kept me informed, comfortable, and helped me to peace about my decision. Start to finish... 1 hour and 30 minutes. That is the true definition of customer service when buying a new car.
"Cliff Mathe Service Review" For the most part excellent. Only disappointed in the time it took to get the truck washed (very long) and the quality of the wash was very poor. Not worth the wait.
"Extremely knowlegable" Best experience I have had at a dealer. Nesrin was very knowledgable about the vehicle I purchased and was able to answer any questions right away. She also made sure my phone was hooked up to my car before I left. A lot of other dealers that I went to had no idea about their vehicles.
"Oil Change" It take about an hour to finish. It was quick then other places. Service never disappointed and they do all the new safe guide for customer.
