"Professional and Compassionate Service" Great service to correct a transmission fan issue and replace a factory-defected radio. All this in spite of a COVID-19 delay in on parts delivery. This out of control situation was handled professionally with several calls from Sherry our service adviser to keep us up to date. Then when we experienced a family medical emergency a few days before our van was ready, Sherry handled our special arrangement for pickup professionally and with great empathy and compassion.
