"Pleasant reception (Grace) and Service " I was pleased with a smile and pleasant reception from Grace. As I said my name, she said I have you right here with a smile. As I waited for service to be done, I talked with Gary in Sales and he showed me a new Murano and we test drove it. He was helpful, answered my questions and very pleasant to deal with (not pushy, or forceful) He is without a doubt the type of sales person I like to deal with.
