"Good service, but you need to know what you need done. " Service was great, quick, and professional. Initially there was of course the usual upsell routine but once we sorted out exactly what needed to be done, there were no issues.

"It was great!" My appointment was made at a time I agreed upon. I arrived, was greeted and they finished in a timely manner. The young lady greeted me as I arrived. It was a nice experience and I really appreciated that they worked quickly and kept to our appointed time.

My service advisor, Sam, was knowledgeable and awesome and helped me discern what needed attention on my vehicle. "I have bought two certified pre owned Nissans from this..." I have bought two certified pre owned Nissans from this dealership. The salesman are real friendly and are not pushy like most car dealerships. They actually know most all questions you ask and if not they find your answer. The Sales Managers are also really good. Bill Mreir and Quinten Jackson are Great . They will invite you to come and sit down in their office and they will answer all questions asked. They do not rush you one bit. Thanks Southerlin Nissan.
